Yoga is a way of meditation. Let go of the fatigue and stresses of the past year and bring it to a meaningful closure. This yoga practice begins with breathing exercises, follows a slow and calming pace, and incorporates dynamic mindfulness. The session also includes light muscle training and key tendon stretches to bring deep relaxation to your body and mind.

10 minutes Breathing exercises

50 minutes Yoga poses practice

15 minutes Sharing and Q&A

 

*Beginner-friendly and suitable for all, regardless of experience or gender.

*Participants must bring their own yoga mats.

*It is recommended to wear warm, comfortable, and loose-fitting clothing.

*Participants are welcome to join both the “Relax, Release, Chill” meditation session and the “Relaxing Vinyasa Yoga” class consecutively.
