CHEN Yan-cheng, a Taiwanese, likes to explore the nature of time and finds joy in the sparks that come from engulfing himself in photography. After he became a husband and then a father, he embarked on a project to discuss the topics of family, love and time.
“After becoming a father, time is never as before. Maybe it is love, or some other reason I don’t know yet. I began taking these photos to understand.”
Nominated by Lightbox Photo Library, Chen Yan-cheng is a participant of the Satellite Exhibitions 2023, an exchange programme connecting young image makers from Hong Kong and the APAC region.
