Janney Kwong of the Kwong’s farm in Chuen Lung brews a mean winter melon drink. In this edition of Seasonal x Photographer, Pak Chai returns, and we have persuaded Janney to show us her secret recipe. Using the refreshing winter melon drink as a conversation starter, we will be hosting a reading club on the agriculture development in Hong Kong, and hear from Janney her first hand experience growing up helping at her family’s farm.

The reading club will be focusing on articles from the following book list (Chinese only), more information will be shared to participants once registration is completed!
