 “Reappearance of Buddha’s Light”

Born and nurtured within this vibrant city, Hong Kong has been my steadfast home for decades. Once a humble fishing port, it blossomed into a bustling, prosperous metropolis, before transforming again into its current state. As landscapes shift and memories intertwine, I find myself gazing through a lens clouded by time, where the essence of my birthplace becomes increasingly elusive.

I embark on an introspective journey, relearning and rediscovering my hometown. Through photography, I hope to express the emotions and perspectives I have towards my home today, capturing the essence of a place that is both familiar and ever-evolving.

Buddha’s light reappears, saving all beings. In truth, everything returns to the transcendence of self-consciousness, living and dying according to fate.
