The making of Cubicle began in 2018, with CHAN Hau Chun spending the past three years bonding with residents of subdivided flats in Sham Shui Po. She documents their daily life as they wade through seemingly mundane tasks that are full of underlying tension. In this session, we invite the neighbourhood to be our VIP guests and watch the film together. We also invite the general public to join us. Everyone can participate in the post-screening chat.
